lactose

Hey, I'm a 18 year old male
lactose intolerance recently brought in my teens - been experiencing this
when I eat cream cheese, super-dairy stuff (that hasn't been fermented, cheese is ok)
If I slam down more lactose than I normally do - Like yesterday and today - Ice cream, white pasta sauce, cream cheese, then I get the discharge.
I think it's just a lactose intolerance thing - makes sense for the older gentleman as well
it's commonly developed in later years
