left lower ribs pain

R/sir, I am suffering with gastritis since two years. I had undergone twice endoscopy and found GERD (Oesophagus) and taken treatment it gave some relief for some time. later I am suffering with left lower ribs pain starts from lower part front side and goes to back side of the ribs. After going for an X-ray it was found chest is normal. I have yet to undergone for Ultrasound scanning for abdomen. I am worring about my health. Whenever I get sour yoks there is burning sensation in the heart and feeling very uneasy. If i take food one hour late, there is burning in the stomatch or takes full stomatch I have to go to bathroom within 10 minutes. I have no problem in respect of urnine flow or any burning while urination. Kindly advise me what kind of treatment should I take, or to whom I have to consult for better treatment

hi, how long have you been on ant-acid medication? gastritis once treated takes atleast six months for the stomach linning to heal, if in that time your still suffering then i suggest you have your gallbladder looked at, to see if bile is backing up into your stomach, did your doctor say how damaged your sphincter was after your endoscopy? also lower digestive tract disorders cause gerd, if your lower tract is diseased then the gases produced somtimes go back up and fill your stomach, hence the bloating and extra acid production, last question, did they find you suffering from helico-bacter-pylori infection? cheers.
