left side pain after pooping?

im currently recovering from an ovarian cyst op i had a week ago because I've had this horrible pain after pooping for the past 5 weeks and its only ever after i poop. Sometimes its like i need to poop more sometimes its just my butthole having weird spasms and sometimes (like right now) its just PAIN!!

I don't know whats causing this, at hospital they did blood tests and urine tests but they didn't find anything cancery so its not that but it really hurts and i don't know if its to do with my cyst or what!!! Cos it's gone now!!!??? They removed my cyst so like why does it still hurt so much and only aFTER pooping for like 1-5 hours normally :(

Anyway i use to think my poop was going through my intestines too fast because it's always really like not formed like its on the verge of diarrhea but not quite and its normally like bright yellow or bright orange and that just confused me so much, also sometimes before and after i poop i get mucusy stuff coming out and i don't know what or why

Im just sick of the pain i want to know some facts before i go to a doctor because i thought after my surgery the pain would stop
