left side pain

I have been diagnosed with crohns based on ct scan and colonoscopy. Had CD infection treated with flagyl. Am on pentasa [500mg x4 tid]. nexium 40mg oid, librax oid. Endocscopy done last week showed gasteritis. Colonoscopy due thursday. Currently have sharp pains in the left side belly button height off to left, almost on side of body. Have pains after eating left og center just above the belly button. any ideas?
