left sided back pain, severe cramps, bloody muscus stools

I woke up in the early am withi severe cramps, had loose stools for at least 4 hours with terrifc pain, noticed that the stools were a bloody type muscus, the back pain continues, I have pain in my left side, along with bouts of gas and pressure in my stomach, should i seek medical doctor, or wait a couple more days to see if it goes away

i would seek medical help as soon as possible especailly with blood in your stools.
