I have the same problem after I eat anything light headed then cheast pain is this normal respond at ***@****
With so little information, I doubt you'll get too much input here. You may be a "fast emptier", meaning that your stomach contents empty into the small intestines faster than most people. That will shoot your blood sugar up and can cause dizziness and nausea. You might ry eating very small amounts, but more often (instead of the usual 3 squares a day) and see if that helps your symptoms.
