liver, gallbladder?

Hi, if a CBC, a CT scan and an ultrasound all check out OK, can I assume my liver, gallbladder, etc. is alright? I have constant right side abdominal pain, dark urine and loose stools amongst other things. Thanks.

Nope that is not true, all my blood levels were perfect, and all my CT scans and ultrasounds, only test that showed i have was an issue in my gallbladder was the HIDA scan... mine was very sluggish and caused me pain, nausea, vomiting etc... when my surgeon went in it was inflamed and scarred but that didnt show up on anything... so its possible for things to be normal but still have issues with galllbladder... liver i think would show up in blood.  My GI snf surgeon both told me gallbladder sometimes can be tricky to diagnose sometimes if there is no stones.
