Can't say without evaluation. There can be causes other than cirrhosis that can
leadLead poisoning to the symptoms you describe.
An ultrasound and MRCP can further image the gallbladder as well as
biliaryBile duct obstruction
Biliary atresia
Biliary obstruction - series
Biliary stricture
Biopsy - biliary tract
Gallbladder disease
Gallbladder radionuclide scan
Primary biliary cirrhosis ducts. It may be possible for the adhesions to lead to the symptoms - however, I am not a surgeon, so my insight is limited.
If the ultrasound and MRCP remain negative, you can consider a surgical referral to exclude the possibility of adhesions.
