First of all, do you have diabetes or are you a drinker? Even just moderately. Do you have any underlying heart disease?

An enlarged liver could be due to liver disease, infection,
some forms of cancer,  severe toxicity and other imbalances.
Most common factor in an enlarged gallbladder is the inflammation of the gallbladder usually from cholecystitis, which causes swelling.
These could be serious conditions and should be medically evaluated.
Can you describe the symptoms and offer a brief medical history?
Best wishes,
Niko
