liver containig fluid

my father 67/m had both lgs and abdomen swollen.no HBP,not DIABETICand not a smoker.Had total billurubin 5mg/dl.CT ABDOMEN revealed a septate mass in lver  having about 800ml of fluid and another 200ml within capsule of liver.Atelactasis of lungs was noted but no invasion of fluid into lungs.ascitis moderate.aspirated ascitic fluid showed no malignant cells.WHAT TO DO?
