My Mother has hemangioma her right liver which is size 35x27 mm.She refuses the biopsy because she thinks that biopsy increase risk of diffuse of cyst her liver. Therefore we don't know the cyst is cancer or not. And the doctor told us the cyst size increase twice of four month ago. Could you give some advise what should we do ?

If it's a benign cyst, biopsy won't cause its spread. If it is a malign cyst, biopsy may theoretically contribute to the spread, but, if you leave the malign cyst there, what will happen? It will spread by itself.
