liver enzymes abnormal

I am 32 yrs female, mother of 2. Went in for Physical not feeling well. Nausua,weakness,fatigue,hands&feet swelling,body temp off etc..I have had 4 LFT test done now.
GGT 82 - Normal -138 -104
AST 38 - normal -184 -31
ALT 99 - normal -456 -76
LDH 140  normal -229 -normal
I do not drink anymore but drank heavily b-4 also had low weight. I do not take medication for anything either. My sugar levels feel crazy all the time. I have been checked for HEP all negitive (have not been tested for autoimmune yet) All virus came back neg. Adrenal too. I am now waiting for soft muscle results & auto immune Hep. I am not overweight & never have been but I did not take care of myself in the past. I did have an CAT scan that wasnormal too. Fluid & cyst only. What do you think? Should I be worried? What can I do to make myself feel better? I have 2 small children 2rs & 7 mos. I NEED MY ENERGY!!! I am worried my past has caught up with me.... What do those numbers tell you?
