liver function test elevated

by johnhart, Jul 22, 2009 11:35PM
I have a lot of pain under my right rib cage which goes across the centre of my chest.
I have mitral valve prollapse and high blood pressure, high cholestrol these are doing ok with meds.
But the results of my LFT are as follows GGT 152,  BILI 7,  ALP 84, ALT 46, ALB 43 , TP 68.
Would any of these readings be the cause of my pain? And should I be worried and see a gastroenerologist as was suggested by my cardiologist but my GP did not indicate a need to do this. What do you think.?
thanks
j
