Hi there!

Well, splenomegaly is a rare association of Hepatitis B with cirrhosis. While the cirrhosis is unlikely to resolve ALP and the spleen size may improve as the infection/ inflammation heals. The condition is largely managed symptomatically. I would suggest consulting an internist and a haematologist in addition to a hepatologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
