I suspect I have gallbladder problems, one doctor told me I had a heart attack and sent me to a cardiologist. My echo and stress test and helico AB blood test all came back negative. I'm not having the full heart attack symptoms now, but I'm in constant pain, high up in the right side of my back and around to the front upper abdomen. Sometimes the pain is throughout my whole mid-section, front and back. I have nausea, lightheadedness, diarrhea. I have had nausea on a daily basis for 4 years now. I have been having the pain for the past 4 days, including a throbbing headache. Occasionally, I can feel my blood pressure rise, I get shaky and my heart starts pounding, these spells last anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. I can't seem to get a doctor to steer me in the right direction. I had a mild attack 2 years ago and went for the ultrasound, and it didn't show any stones. I have decided that going to the ER is probably going to be my best bet. My question is, when do I go? The pain is constant, but for the most part bearable. What do I look for so I will know when to go to the hospital without waiting too long?

Gallbladder pain typically occurs below the lowes right rib in the miidle, mostly after a fatty meal. You can test this.

Heart pain is releaved within 5 minutes, if you take sublingual nytroglicerine. Try to get this drug, and try it when you think, you have attack.
