This is a bit embarrassing but I have had this stomach/bowel problem off and on for a month maybe. I'll have it a couple days or so a week then I'll be okay and I am normal again and then it starts up. I don't have any pain or nausea and there are no signs of blood. I am not eating anything different or rich and spicy. I can't understand what is causing it. If it last too much longer or gets worse I may need to get my GP to refer me to a specialist. But maybe it will pass on its own. In the meantime I am taking stuff to help control it and drinking water and stuff to replace my electolites. It's not severe. But it does worry me just a little.
