Both shoulders or only one?
Any abdominal pain?
If you still have diarrhea, is this connected with the meal?

Take stock of what you're eating and when the discomfort comes. You may be looking at a gallbladder issue here. Avoid fried and very fatty foods, and alcohol for a few days, see how that makes you feel.

That said, if you decide to keep a similar diet and still feel this way in a few days, make an appointment to see your doctor. It may be nothing, but the first thing they'll likely look for is gallbladder issues. (This'll likely involve an ultrasound, where they'll check your gallbladder/liver/pancreas, then a HIDA/CCK scan. The first is to look for stones/polyps. The second is to test function.)

By the way, green stools mean increased transit times. I'm pointing to the gallbladder because of the shoulder pain (which I presume to be on the right) and gallbladder problems have been known to cause diarrhea. Look to see if you have gray or clay colored stools once in a while. That's also another sign of gallbladder issues.

Thank you very much for your replies!!
I have been to the doctor yesterday and he examined me thoroughlym he said that it is infection and kind of food poisoning, which is causing all the trouble. And regarding Shoulder pain (left), he said that gases are  puting pressure on the vain supplying to left hand. And he has suggeste me Sulphamethoxazole tablets, twicw a day for 10 days. I have already taken couple of dosage of it and can positively say that i am feeling a little better.

Please guide me if you have any updates/comments/guidance. Thanks for your time and replies.

Finish the full 10 day course of antibiotics, as prescribed, even if you'll start to feel better. This is needed to eradicate bacteria completely.
