loose stools for about 4 months

I am not sure what is going on.Please help me someone. I have had loose stools for about 4 months now. a lot of nausea,fatigue,loose stools to watery diahrrea.When my stools are loose they are very short and look like worms but are not and some times they are flat and short. I have not had a normal bowel movement since about Nov. I have been on 2 antibiotics one in Nov and one in Jan for a sinus infections.My GI dr is running stool samples to see if I have C.Diff from the antibiotics.I thought that people are supposed to be really ill with C.Diff. Since this week I am having pain under my right ribs.It is stabbing and comes and goes.I also have cramps after I eat almost like my stomach does not like the food I eat.It doesn't matter what I eat. I am also having a low grade fever on and off. sometimes I really do not feel well at all.My stomach feels like its empty all the time.This is all not normal for me. I am really anxious to hear if others have had the same symptoms.
