lower abdominal discomfort

I am a 30 yr old female...had a D&C a month ago. After the procedure i had severe constipation ad saw blood on my toilet paper, after that i had persistent pain in the lower abdomen and rectum area for almost 2 days. it's been a month now and i have been experiencing lower abdominal discomfort and had foamy diarrhea once. I am yet to have my first period after the procedure and the discomfort i'm having resembles it. i also have acid reflux problem since years and usually take zantac for it. Is anybody been through something like this..? Please help.
