lower abdominal lump

by kmd5161, Aug 02, 2009 07:40AM
I am a 20 year old female and about 2 months ago I noticed a small lump in my lower abdominal/intestine region on the right side. There is no pain at all, even when I push on it. It comes and goes, I usually can feel it when I am laying down before bed. Its about 2 inches long, and in more of an oval shape rather than a circle. It could just be gas in my intestine but who knows.
Thanks!

Gas alone would hardly cause a small lump. It could be intestinal hernia.
