lower abdominal pain

I really don't know what is wrong with me ; having a continuous severe pain in my lower left abdomen , sometime the pain become severe and without treatment it relieves occasionally, i have no money nor insurance to see a doctor neither have i been able to secure any hospital to visit because of no prior knowledge of what the cost could be like.The pain is all that i am complaining of , though there are no other symptoms except stomach noises , there is no weight loss, no feverish conditon but the pain seem to be consistent on the same spot of my lower left abdomen.

If you're on the west side of Houston, Suburban Physicians Center at I-10 and Dairy-Ashford is an excellent urgent care facility.  Yes, it will cost you some money, but it's faster and cheaper than going with a private practice.  Give them a call for current pricing, but it'll probably be about $50.  They have x-ray and lab facilities and some of the best docs in town.
