lower back & abdominal pain with clear jell like secreations from rectum

For about the last 20yrs I have suffered with lower abdominal/back pain and bouts of a clear jell like fluid coming from my rectum...
I have had numerous blood tests hep a-b-c which all came back negative. the only bad blood test was a few liver enzymes that were elevated...I also suffer from panic attacks or a fast heart rate which makes me have tunnel vison and leaves my stomach in knots I went to see a gastronologist and was diagnosed with a spastic colon or IBS..
my question is can this be a Intestinal Parasite? or Yeast Infection?????
