lower back pains and rectal pains and bleeding

im a 22 years old female 5.08 230 pounds and been have back pain for five years and rectal pains and bleeding for about two years also have meat (well i dont know the right words to use or call) but it comeing out of my rectal i can push it back up but if i go to the bathroom it will hang right back out sometimes i can go days without use the bathroom  cause of the bleeding and pain can this be something really bad for my body.

            I would not put up with the condition that you describe , it seems to me that you have some sort of prolapse at the rear passage. You are no age at all at (22 ) and you need to get this seen to as soon as possible and get your life back on track ,  I don't want to appear to be rude to you but things like this can sometimes be caused by abuse of the rear passage in sexual acts , It can even be caused by over straining when doing the toilet if you are constipated and this could also cause the bleeding too,  I have a very open mind on this and by no means am I saying that this is the cause of your problem !

According to what I read it can be caused by weakness of the pelvic floor muscles this can be done even in child birth but it can be easily fixed today , people put up with this condition because they are shy and embarrassed and they really should seek specialist help, and get things sorted once and for all.
