lower left abdo pain

for nearly a year i have been suffering with lower left abdo pain. constantly within my doctors surgery and my 3 local hospitals having diffrent outpatints appointments for diffrent things but having a contstant out come off 'we actually have no idea, we will refer you back to your gp to look into it' duing the past twelve months i have suffered with a constant pain on this side sometimes very mild and others excruciating which can move upto the hip and down to the groin and at its worst both together which can sometimes travel down my leg to give me pins and needles in my foot ! in this amount of time and the constant pain it reach's full scale agony whilst passing urine not as in burning just severly excruciating lower left abdo to the central pelvic bone area, it then continues this same pain for about 5 minutes after before settling to what ever level the pain was at before, i have had the following procedures and tests which have all been ok, cystoscopy, renal/bladder scan, kidney scan, bowel xray, s.t.i swabs, pelvic inflammatory check however some blood tests have reveled a low callcium level and on two emergency scans it reveled cysts of 6 and 8 cms to which both was drained through a laparoscopy since the second one of the two three weeks ago it has been evan worse not at all easing up! in my past medical history i had a c/s at 16, ten years ago which got an infection after, i then had an ectopic pregnacy six years later which is the only other pregnancy after my first, could these be a cause? the only other thing that i can think of is that i have quite frequent urine infections, which dont tend to clear easy, could it be possible i have an allergy to something? my doctor at the mo is now forwarding me to gastro and is also carrying out somekind of  24hour urine, stool and blood test for an apparent rare condition but not sure what. im on constant pain relief so any help or comments is greatly appreciated.
