lower left abdomen pain&all kinds of symptoms

I began having pain above my navel in November of 2008,I see a pcp twice a month for a neck injury which I broke c1&c2 w/some left lobe dmg in brain from auto wreck.I take morphine for chronic pain and other than relieving my chronic pain from the plates&screws in my neck have become used to the constipating action of this med.But in November I had a pain above navel,asumed it was a hernia and the pcp has sent me for mri&nothing was found?She then prescibed propyl glycol form of laxative to make bile looser.Since then it has progessively got worse,it has been 41/2 month now&have had no appetite,loss of weight,chills,hands&feet sweating,abdominal pain that is constant in the lower left side and hurts when lieing down as if a rib is fractured or pushing on my organs?I have had 2 bowel movements in 40 day's now,after having a colonoscopy&endoscopy in same day showing nothing other than an inflamed colon.I am disoriented,can't eat&have no bowel from laxatives&enema's I have used so what is causing this disorder or disease?I feel each night may be my last,breathing is shallow,even with the morphine I feel this pain so how would it be if I wasn't taking this med?I am no closer now,than when started 4+months ago and not eating and all the side effect's how long can one live while they run me around clueless?
