lower left abdominal pain that hurts with deep breaths
Hi, I have been having some lower left abdominal pain that hurts all the time, but even hurts worse when I take a deep breath.

When I press against my stomace I can feel a tender spot at about the lower left to middle of my stomace. When I take a deep breath-sometimes it doesn't have to be a deep breath, the pain radiates from that spot outward a little bit.

When sitting for a long period I start to feel a burning yet wet sensation that radiates outward.

I have had 3 bowel movements in the last 24 hrs. They seem regular, maybe just a bit more than usual.
Does anyone have suggestions?
thanks

Sounds like a muscle or nerver to me! You have many muscles that extend from your hipbone and leg to your pubic area, etc. I'd look at that first - chiro or medical trained massage therapist.
