lower right abdomen spasms and pain radiates to waist and back

I had a complete hysterectomy in 1987, appendix removed 2008, gallbladder removed 2004 and I experience lower right side spasms and pain. It usually begins in lower right back and to right waist then to lower right abdomen.  The pain is spasms and sharp stabbing type pain. After a many episodes my family doctor referred me to a cancer doctor which led to surgery exploratory on left abdomen and also removed the appendix.  I also have a lot of gas during these episodes.  I take Prevacid for reflux.  My gastronologist has found polups on two occasions and they were removed.  I go in every three years for this test.  This pain in my lower right (always right side) flares up about 1 to 2 times a year.  Each time I have such pain we think it is a UTI but the urnine test comes back normal, even though in the doctors office it appears there is something abnormal looking.  Prior to the exploratory surgery my urologist has done numerous tests where my bladder and kidney were looked at, which came back normal.  Two different urologists have done these tests.  They found I had some blood in my urine which they were tracking for cause.  No cause for the blood in urine "some patients have blood in urine".   What could possibly be this problem and who or where do I turn to for answers.  History of this has been ongoing for over 20 yrs. .. it has not been as frequent as early prior to the removal of the appendix. Help!
