lower right quad pain

Hi  I have a question regarding a few symptoms I have been having lately. I am a 30 yr old Feamle. I have a gnawling pain about two fingers from my navel to the right almost above the hip bone.
it comes ang goes, pain with emptying of bladder only toward the end, Nausea, pain in lower right of back.tested for UTI and it was neg, I had a hysterectomy in september hoping this was the prob. now the pain is more definded and feels kinda like a stitch or mild tearing its hard to discribe. any information will be much appreciated if any one might know what this is.

Yes I had endo the reason for my hystorectomy the dr. said she got it all nd the pain is diferent from endo I wish I had better explantion of it. It is localized when i press on the area i can feel the what feels like the exact location of he pain. Ialso had a hida scan which came back o.k. and a colonosapy the same resilts all good. Thank you for responding

Have you ever been diagnosed with endometriosis or had gallbladder problems, because it sounds like one of them to me.
