many abd surgeries, need help with scar tissue

I have many hospital visits and in-pt visit due to abd pain with nausea, vomiting and abd pain, x-ray and ct show partial bowel obstruction.  I have been dx with crohn't disease but with a new GI doctor he want listen and don't believe that I have nor have ever had this disease.  Had a complete bowel obstruction in 95 with removal of part of small intestines.   Doctor beleive that my pain now is due to scar tissue and no one will tell me what I need to do to get some relieve from the pain and the hospital stay.  How can I find a surgeron to see if all that is going on with me has to do with the scar tissue in the stomach?  I have had 4 major operation on my abd in the last 12 years or longer.
