masive pain

i have had stomach pains since my son was born last year in aug
-tightness in the stomach
-bloating under the rib cage of my two sides
-trouble breathing
-my arms go numb
-sweaty
i have had an exray they said there was no ulcear
blood work they found nothing
i'm on pantolc for gastric reflex
if you have had these and no of what it is or other test you can mention it would be helpfull
