My 15 year old son has been sick with vomiting and nausea in the mornings. He starts to feel better as the day goes on and is completely better at night time. Then he wakes up in the morning and is sick again. On weekends when he sleeps in a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys he doesnt really seem bad. Help this has been going on for 2 weeks.
I'm no expert...in fact I'm only posting here because I posted earlier with a similar scenario. I'm 20, male, 6'1" and 195 lbs. From the age of 15 or 16 I've had the morning sickness you're describing here. I've been to two doctors about it and here's the advice I was given:
Doctor 1: "drink lots of water, cutCuts and puncture wounds soda out of your diet, get on a more rigid sleep schedule and try to make a habit of eating breakfast."
Although I don't feel significantly better, as I still get morning sickness, I can honestly say that when I drink tons of water I feel a smidge better. I can't bring myself to eat breakfast though.
Good luck...I'm searching for answers and have scheduled an appointment with a specialist next month. If I'm told anything new I'll let you know.

Doctor 2: "lose 30 lbs and cut out soda...no smoking or drinking."
