much mucous and diarrhea after eating gas bloating, flatulance, col, low fever

madam i submit that i hav been suffering with mucous in stools, i tested nothing in the colonoscopy except dyspepsia and get four to 8 times stools in dark tan color i am getting hair loss, weight loss and i was advised colospa, mebespa and darolac ibsbut no effective medicine is given to me, my stool tested nothing but 2% of pus cells
