mucus and blood in stool with cramping is this normal?

by tonysno1fan, Dec 09, 2008 10:53AM
I woke up about 3:30 am with the worse cramping I've ever felt. I went to the restroom and had a small bit of diarrhea. It was then followed by cramping and a bloody mucus. I've passed the bloody mucus about 5 times and I'm wondering if I should go to the Dr. today or just wait and see if it passes? I still have the cramping also.
