multiple GI symptoms and other symptoms too... someone ...anyone have any ideas what this is?

I am having multiple GI symptoms (and other symptoms).  Does anyone know what this might be?

Spasms and pain in the right side of my abdomen.  If sitting it seems like it is right under my right rib cage.  
Spasms and pain in my lower back.

Fatigue

Some indegestion

slight nausea (no vomiting)

slight gas

Also vaginal discharge and some menstrual cramping (white watery or mucusy - NO foul odor) almost daily.

and white mucus on stool (not everytime though).  NO diarrhea.

White mucous in stool might be due to lactose intolerance. I used to have white mucous too. After being diagnosed with lactose intolerance I stopped eating diary products and there is no more of that white stuff.
