Over the past approximately 14 years I've had nightly swollen throats that appear sometime around midnight to early morning, the pain etc stays until late afternoon or until shortly after ive ate. I have a night time cough, that only happens some nights. These symptoms occur whether or not I sleep at night or stay awake and sitting although they tend to be worse when sleeping laying down. I get bloated daily, sometimes to the point where I thought I was going to die as the pain was so intense. On a side note I have not had my tonsels etc removed but I have visited doctors on multiple occasions when my throat was swollen and the tonsels were not affected. I'm assuming its some sort of reflux issue, any opinions?(age:18, gender:female symptoms unaffected by weight fluctuations)

On another note, I cannot leave my house during summer, even with sunscreen as my skin burns within less than 5 mins even in shade, I constantly feel as though I'm being baked, I also get more fainty than usual, more prone to headaches etc. There is a possibility of this being a hereditary thing my aunt has a much more severe case. She's currently being checked for one disease that relates to those symptoms however I forget the name at the moment.

One final question, I heard a rumour of some sort of treatment for juvenile arthritis, I've had it since around age 8 most likely due to growing too quickly, verification on that would be appreciated.

I appreciate any information you may provide.
