multiple stomach ulcers

I had my appendix out in Sept of 2010, followed with gallbladder removed Oct 2010.  Intense stomach pain after both surgeries.  Had an Endoscopy end of Jan 2011.  GI doctor found over 20 stomach ulcers with intense stomach inflammation.  Tested negatvie for the H. pylor bacteria and I do not use asprins.  GI dr said that this happens in 6 out of 100 gallbladder surgeries.  I am on zantac and carafate.  I have been on 4 weeks of treatment and still feel very tired, still get painful attacks, no energy, feeling a little better but not myself.
Has anyone ever experienced this?  I am only 36 years old.
