I have an undeterminate case of Crohn's/Colitis.
I recently has surgery so I fee better now, but I was vomiting, I had diahrea, I was always in pain, I was extremely nauseated, I was always bleeding rectally..
My brother is similar, but he gets constipation and gas... I hadn't had "just gas" in 7 years. He was diagnosed with IBS. He had a really bad flare. It lasted about 3-5 months and then he got better.

If you find that you have an inflammation problem and you don't mind herbal medications try taking boswellia, curcumin, and wobenzym. These three medications postponed the surgery by 3 years! ( though I should have just did it. I thought it would be more worse than this. )
