mushroom intolerance...?

It seems when I eat field mushrooms I now instantly get an uncomfortable tummy with a terrible burning and slight cramping sensation for a few hours.....in the tummy and it goes up to the chest...the burning is awful.....this time I threw up as well.........how do you stop the burning and obviously it must be a mushroom intolerance...?

Thank you so much...it is normal here to pick them as we dont normally have poison ones...well never used to...I am now very weary and have decided they can just stay in the field, as much as it is soooo much to to pick them....the last experience was just a bit scary for me.....appreciate your comment

Hi, please be very careful when you eat field mushrooms or those that are present in wilderness. They can contain toxic ingredients and cause stomach poisoning. So, please avoid those and consume ones which you are doubly sure are safe. Take care.
