my digestive track is burning

my digestive track is burning,and my anus opening is also dry and rough,i am passing a lot of gas due to some gastric prob i think so,my back neck is aching and head is stiff and feeling weight too,due to this all my body is feeeling trouble like lack of energy in my nerves and muscles tooooooooooo feeling tense due to all these symtoms,
my age is 26 and i am male with obese body at a weight of 87 kgs.
i am having a doubt that does this happens when felt with anxiety toooooo
because when i was nervous i feel like burning sensation in my track and pases upto stomach.
plz help me with what kind of prob am i suffering now.
