my pancreas?

I have been having Accute Pancreatis (pancreatitis) for about ten years off and on. I have taken all kinds of meds. My doctors told me he do not think he can take me off of the antiobiotics because I have a High level of Bacteria in my body! Is that from the Pancreas also. I have a small hernia on my liver and a small mass in my stomach. Is there any help for this and Please tell me this does not turn into cncer later. My mom passed of Pancreatic Cancer in 98. Will I be ok? My infectious Disease Doctor is the Best I think in my area. Is there any suggestions?
