nausea dizziness headaches blurred vision, light sensitivity & an uneasy feeling in my stomach

Hi,

I'm new to this entire thing. I use to be a perfectly normal individual with perfectly normal problems (none healthwise) until approximately six months ago. I started having these symptoms of nausea, dizziness (lightheadedness) and headaches. This slowly transformed into additional symptoms which included blurred vision, a bit of light sensitivity (especially towards the eyes) & an uneasy feeling in my stomach. These symptoms seem to come and go as they please, which is a bit of an annoyance as i have been avoiding my friends recently and avoiding socializing which is just terrible for someone in their mid twenties.

Over the course of these six months i've been to numerous doctors, had CT Scans, numerous blood and urine tests but they all seem to come back fine. I don't have vertigo and it might be a mild case of an anxiety disorder, but the jury still seems to be out on that one.

I was wondering if there was anyone out there who has or had has similar symptoms? And if you were lucky enough to find a solution. Any help/ advice would be appreciated.

Yes, I've had your symptoms when I was in my 20's and early 30's.  It was hormonal and worsened by the birth control pill - particularly the vision problems and migraines.  It sounds like you've had a pretty thorough workup so far, but have you seen a gynecologist yet?  No point in leaving one stone unturned.  :-)

Hello and thanks for your response. Unfortunately visiting a gynecologist might be an issue since i'm a male Lol.. but thanks for your help :o)

LOL!  Sorry about that!    I couldn't determine gender from you post, so I guessed.  :-D

It still wouldn't hurt to ask your doc about hormones being a possible culprit.

Anyone in your family with celiac disease - intolerance to gluten? A lot of the symptoms you're relating could be triggered by gluten issues.

Thanks once again Jaybay, I will definitely consult my doctor in regards to your suggestion.

CalGal thank you  and i'll definitely look into Celiac diseases, although i don't think it's something my family has.

Will keep you posted :o)
