nausea/vomiting

I am 5 weeks post laparoscopic cholecystectomy but having bouts of vomiting/nausea lasting 6-8 hours every
2-3 days.  Have wt. loss of >20 lbs past 4 weeks.   Current Gastroenterologist can find no pathology except some delayed gastric emptying/gastritis 2 weeks post-op. ,in spite of Cat Scans, small bowel series, upper endoscopy, all lab work negative.   Gastroenterologist has no other ideas as to cause of chronic bouts of  vomiting.  I am taking
Rx metoclopramide, pantoprozole, phenergan (for vomiting).  Very worried about continued wt. loss and inabilty to eat any significant amount of food.   What can be causing these symptoms??? .
