nausea

hi,

Just wanted to suggest that patients taking Reglan and other anti-emetics for nausea do some research on permanent side effects.  Research and law suits suggest that long-term use of some anti-nausea meds might result in irreversible body ticks/movements.

I suffer from nausea related to gastroparesis and am taking ginger root capsules every day. Gives me pretty good control.

I am currently on reglan for gastroparesis but will only take it for the recommended amount of time.  The FDA only approves reglan for a couple of months but a lot of people take it for longer.  I will switch to domperidone in a couple of months for my gastroparesis.  When my nausea gets really bad I take zofran for it.
