need help with diagnosis what the problem is

i am a 34 year old male. i went to doctor with pain in right side of my abdomin (abdomen) with numbness in my hand and legs and lot of fatigue and weakness. a ct scan was ordered and they found lots of LYMPH NODES inflated in my abdomin (abdomen) region and some were 2 cm in diameter. biopsy was performed on one lymph node pulled from my left shoulder area which was negative for LYMPHOMA or atypia, also negative for any fungal infection. but the biopsy reports pointed towards Tuberculosis. so a biopsy was performed on my lungs for culture test also sputum culture ad blood work was ordered to detect TB. all came negative for TB but PPD test was positive. so doc started me on TB medication. 3 weeks down the road a CT scan was ordered again to see nodes and they are still there and many of them are 2 cm big and i still have pain. i particularly have trouble when i eat cos i get chronic constipation and mild laxatives dont even work. doctor ordered colonoscopy and endoscopy. colonoscopy revealed 2 minor bowel ulcers in my ileum and cecum.

i really dont know whats wrong now neither the doctors cos nodes are growing and i guess medicine is not working. i will be going under the knife for 2nd time for another biopsy of node from my abdomen region. can any body out there help me with this cos i am facing this for 3 months. cannot drive cos i cannot sit bcos of pain and hence cannot work and things are getting worse. any bit of help will be deeply appreciated.
