need oppinion for my gall bladder problem...

my gall bladder is normally-distended with unthickened walls,appoximately twenty echogenic foci are seen within the lumen,the largest measuring 1.2 cm,although most of this foci di not have posterior shadowing,some display weak shadowing?the pancreas is obscured.
my doctor refer me to the surgeon to remove my gall bladder,but im not ready is there any option that the polyps be remove without getting my gall bladder?
please help me with your opinion,im so desperate to thank that im only 26 years old and my gall bladder be removed.
