Dear Mums,

You can type the following into the Address bar at the top of your monitor screen:

side effects of Inmuon

Then, click on the "go" button, or press your "Enter" key once.

You will then see pages of lists of websites all about the side effects of Inmuon. Look at a bunch of these, and tell us what you find!

Good luck! This is what I do, when I want to know the side effects of a medication.

Also, you can ask your PHARMACIST to give you an "insert" sheet of information about that medication. Make ENLARGED copies of the insert, on a copy machine, so you can read the tiny print, more easily.

Then, ask the pharmacist to translate the information into PLAIN ENGLISH for you!

Sincerely,
Concerned lady

Dear Mums,

Thanks for your response! I also suggest you look at books at health food stores to see what natural remedies are used for ulcerative colitis!!!

Find a really good NUTRITIONIST, and ACUPUNCTURIST. The Nutritionist could help you regarding a special healing diet for ulcerative colitis. The acupuncturist could help heal all of you, not just the colon.

I don't know a lot about ulcerative colitis, but I believe "probiotics" are a great help, such as BIFIDO-BACTERIA!!

Good luck to you!

Sincerely,
Concerned lady

P.S. On page 9 of my website, there are some books listed about holistic health, that I like. There are others, also, at health food stores and good book stores. There may be info about natural treatments for ulcerative colitis, on the internet.

Dear Mums,

There is a LOT of helpful information about Ulcerative Colitis, in Dr. Michael T. Murray's book STOMACH AILMENTS AND DIGESTIVE DISTURBANCES (1997) !!! And using BIFIDUS "probiotics" is one his many helpful ideas!!!

If you can't get his book from a book store, you could probably get it online, by typing "books by Michael T. Murray, N.D." into the address bar at the top of your monitor, in a search engine, like Google.com or aol.com, etc.

Also look at Dr. Paavo Airola, PhD, N.D.'s book "How to Get Well" (1974) which has good principles that hold true today! For example: Don't drink chlorinated, fluoridated water (can cause cancer). Don't drink distilled water (can cause osteoporosis).  Best water is "hard" (has good minerals in it) well or spring water! Next best is filtered water, but make sure the filter has NO SILVER in it. Silver is a heavy, toxic metal, that can get into the drinking water, causing silver poisoning!

And, look at "Prescription for NUTRITIONAL HEALING" by Balch & Balch.

There are other good books, too!

I looked through these three books, and I really liked Dr. Michael T. Murray's ideas about treating Ulcerative Colitis, gently and effectively!!! Check this out!!! What can you lose? Run Dr. Murray's ideas by your doc, to give you peace of mind.

Also, Mums, please read another message I posted, because it has some useful info for you too! It is near the top of this page, and is called,

"I need help with a question about tylenol and liver disease"--by Tiffany 21, on 11/23/2001.

Good luck! I wish you the best!!!

Sincerely,
Concerned lady
