after liproscopic  cholecystectomy procedure how long should a patient go without food due to asaid(dueodum) perforation and severe bile leak. Is there some kind of reconstructive surgery and if patient can not tolerate anothersurgery what effects will it have on quality of life and will it always leak and could patient die.. has anyone ever gone home with a bile leak?

You truly need to address this with your doctor.  I can't understand why they would let you go home with a bile leak.
