need your help

i have been having some problems with pain in the left side lower and right side of my lower back. i will also get a pain in my right shoulder blade. i was sick for 2 weeks when this started and this is the only part i have left it is a unbarable pain. at this time it is in my left tummy and going thru my back on the left side of my back... i do have ulcers and the last i new i had about 6 or 7 of those. the deal is i cant take the pain i was out of work for 2 weeks anmd i just went back today and i do alot of lifting and i dont want this to cause more problems with the pain i have. i also have had acid feeling in my throat with this also and i have never had that before until the last few days..... please help i go to the doctor on the 2nd but i cant take the pain anymore... i have been alot more gassy also
