nervous ticks

I have started having 3 nervous ticks at once. Blinking hard, twitching my nose and making noice like grunts. They make me so nervous and it wears me out. I have had them before but not for many years now and they usually last a few  monthes. I think this is the worst I.ve had so please help me. I try to control them but it is getting harder and harder. I believe an aspirin helps.  Could this be psycological that it helps?

I cant stop scratching and clearing my throat. I also have to constantly stretch my neck. By my count, thats three nervous ticks and they have all developed over the last few years of my life. My diet isnt that great but its not terrible. I never really worked out consistently until recently. How can I get rid of it without meds.

Are you taking Metoclopramide (Reglan)?
