never ending stomach ache

I've had brittle type 1 diabetes for 32 years,had my gallbladder removed,have gastroperisis and baretts esophagus,My doctor has given me prevacid and metaclapromide but it doesn't help.I've had stomach aches for a couple years,every minute of every day.Because of this,I can only eat one small meal a day unless my blood sugar gets too low.I feel like I can't go on this way much longer and don't know what to do.
